Pataítas in Practice:
Bulerías Online with Noemí Luz

We break down the language of Bulerías to understand all of the components that make up this lively and playful palo. As well as improving technique we learn fun, rhythmical material and improvisational tools, embracing our own personality whilst gaining a practical understanding of how this style works so we can feel confident participating in flamenco parties and “fin de fiestas”.

"Noemi is in a league of her own, her teaching is magic."

In-Person MASTERCLASSES

Noemí's In-Person London Masterclasses focus on Bata de Cola (train skirt) techniques & "Pataítas in Practice" her comprehensive Bulerías improvisation method, with live flamenco musicians.

Bata de Cola: Discover a harmonious approach to movement with the Bata de Cola (Train Skirt), initiating a beautiful conversation with the skirt and with your own dancing. We look at techniques that embrace freedom whilst preventing injury. The workshop is open to all experience levels as well as those trying Bata for the first time. If you do not have a skirt you can still attend.

Pataítas in Practice: We are breaking down the language of Bulerías to understand all of the components that make up this lively palo so we can feel confident participating in flamenco parties and “fin de fiestas”. We learn fun new material and improvisational tools, analyzing the cante (singing) to gain a practical understanding of how this style works.

"Having the three musicians join us for the Bulerías was a fantastic opportunity."
